Freestanding, Fixed and Folding Guardrail Systems
12 April
We pride ourselves on strong and long-term relationships with our customers, which is why it's great to see how they are using our products to help their clients achieve everything they need when it comes to roof safety.
We supply a number of customers who provide a broad range of roof construction and repair services. In the spotlight this week, we're going to show you how Fall Protection Solutions used our Rhinorail Rivet Fixed roof safety rail system to complete their project to top safety standards.
Sheffield-based customers Fall Protection Solutions Ltd worked on a recent project at Sheffield Children's Hospital, creating a safe roof solution for anyone requiring access for maintenance.
Using 70Lm of Rhinorail Rivet Fixed components, a rail was created around the edge of the Kingspan KS1000LP metal sheet roof. The fixed system meant a safe, permanent rail could be installed, including corner areas which adhered to all mandatory regulations for roof safety.
The Rivet Fixed Guardrail System comes in two options. The first option is a universal base plate which has holes to suit most of the commonly used metal sheet roofs such as Kingspan’s KS1000RW and TATA’s Trisomet 333. The second option which Fall Protection Solutions used in this project are our custom, made to order base plates which can be made to suit any dimensions required.
To find out more about the project, you can contact Fall Protection Solutions at tom@fallprotectionsolutions.co.uk or on 0114 279 2635.
