Freestanding, Fixed and Folding Guardrail Systems
5 July
We pride ourselves on strong and long-term relationships with our customers, which is why it's great to see how they are using our products to help their clients achieve everything they need when it comes to roof safety.
We supply a number of customers who provide a broad range of roof construction and repair services. In the spotlight this week, we're going to show you how Rooksby Roofing used our Freestanding Rhinorail, powder coated in anthracite grey, to complete their project to top safety standards.
Our latest showcase comes from Rooksby Roofing Ltd with their unique project at Boole Technology Centre in Lincoln.
Alongside 90Lm of Freestanding Rhinorail, Rooksby also commissioned a Custom Step-Over Unit. These units are designed to allow easy access between roof levels without compromising on personal safety. Previously, the separate roof levels would have been inaccessible between each other, unless using a ladder. Working at height regulations stipulate you must reduce the risk wherever possible, and a ladder on a rooftop is definitely a risk that can be mitigated with the use of a step over unit.
Rooksby also made the railings suit the building and surrounding area by powder coating each component in Anthracite Grey (code RAL 7016). This adds to the sleek and professional appearance of the railing system, and allows it to blend seamlessly with the rest of the building.
To find out more about the project, you can contact Rooksby at dan.rooksby@rooksbyroofing.co.uk or on 0844 576 2531.
